The pigment is so light and buildable that I can layer it gradually without ever looking harsh, which is perfect since I've never been good at makeup. I just draw a few hair-like strokes and my brows look naturally full, even up close in bright bathroom lighting.
The tip is so fine it actually lets me fake tiny hairs where mine are sparse, and the pigment stays light enough that I can't mess it up even when I'm rushing. It's become my go-to for filling in just the tail of my brow without looking drawn-on.
I've been drawing in individual hairs for two weeks now and the tip still hasn't frayed or bled, which is rare for a pen this fine. The pigment builds up so gradually that even my shaky morning hand can't mess it up.
