This synthetic haired brush is soft, absorbent and can be used with wet or dry products. For best results, clean or wipe brush after each use.
The bristles are synthetic but somehow softer than my old natural-hair brush, and they pick up powder shadow evenly without scratching my lid. I've used it damp for cream liner too, and the shape gives my crease that extra pop of definition I was missing.
