H2O Proof Inkwell Eyeliner - Bluebird

I was expecting a typical liquid liner, but this one dries so fast I can layer a second pass without dragging or smudging. The brush tip is precise enough for a sharp wing, and the bluebird color stayed vibrant through a sweaty outdoor event.

I’ve been through three different colored liners this year and this one finally stays put through my whole shift without smudging, even on my oily lids. The tip is fine enough for a crisp wing but bold enough to layer into a graphic shape, and the color dries down fast so I’m not waiting around.
